Records the royal gift of three pieces of land situated in three localities, viz., Ōsinna-kaivarttavṛitti in Amalakshudduṅga of the Phāṇita-vīthī, Nandisvāminī in Pañchakāṇḍaka of Puṇḍarikā-maṇḍala and Gaṇēśvara in Pañchanagarī-vishaya, all situated in Puṇḍravardhana-bhukti to Brāhmaṇa Jīvadharadēvaśarman.
