Châlukya Sômêśvara I. :─ (L. 11).─ Sa(śa)ka[n]ṛipakâḷ-âkrânta-saṁvatsara-śataṁga[ḷ*] 984neya Śubhakṛit-saṁvatsaraṁ pravarttise tadvarsh-âbhyantarada Pushya-bahuḷa-saptame(mi) Âdityavâramum= uttarâyaṇasaṁkrântiy-andu. 24th December A.D. 1062 ;[1] but the day was a Tuesday, not a Sunday ; see ibid. Châlukya Sômêśvara I. :─ (L. 26).─ Sa(śa)kanṛipakâl-âtita-saṁvatsara-sa(śa)taṁga[ḷ*] 984neya [Śu]bhakṛitu- saṁvatsarada Pauśya(sha)-su(śu)ddha-dasa(śa)mi Âdityavâram=uttarâya ṇ a s a ṁ k r â n t i – vyatîpâtad=andu. Trailôkyamalla, and of his feudatory, the Kâdamba (of Hângal) Mahâmaṇḍalêśvara Kîrtivarman II., ‘ lord of Banavâsî: ’[3]─ ‘ In the Śaka year 990, the year Kîlaka, the month Chaitra, the 1st day of the moon’s increase (rest not copied).’ 174.─Ś. 993.─ PSOCI.
