EPIGRAPHIA INDICA 505.─Ś. 1435 (for 1436).─ As. Res. Vol. XX. p. 30. Translation of a Kṛishṇâpuram inscription of Kṛishṇarâya :─ ‘ In the reign of Śâlivâhana 1435, corresponded to the year Bhâva, in Phâlguna and Tṛitîyâ, Śukravâr.’ Friday, 16th February A.D. 1515 ; see below, No. 506. 506.─Ś. 1436.─ As. Reference to a Saundatti Kanarese inscription of the time of Kṛishṇarâya :─ Śâlivâhana-Śaka-varushaṁgaḷu 1436neya Bhâva-saṁvatsaradallu. 508.─Ś. 1437-1443.─ Ep. Ind. Vol. VI. p. 117. Maṅgalagiri and Kâzâ pillar inscriptions[1] of the reign of Kṛishṇarâya of Vijayanagara, recording grants by his prime-minister Sâḷva-(Sâḷuva-)Timma (the son of the minister Râcha and grandson of the minister Vêma, and husband of Lakshmî), and by the two ministers Appa and Gôpa (Nâdiṇḍla-Appa and Nâdiṇḍla-Gôpa), son of the minister Timma and his wife Kṛishṇâmbâ (Kṛishṇamâmbâ) who was a sister of Sâḷva-Timma. The inscription records the capture of Koṇḍavîṭi (Koṇḍavîḍu) from the Gajapati (of Orissa) by Sâḷva-Timma on the following date :[2]─
(L. 47).─Sâḷuvâṁka-Śakavatsara-gaṇy-Ȃshâḍha-śudhdha(ddha)-Harivâsara-Saurau (on which there is the remark : Sâḷuvâṁka akshara-saṁjña | 1437 Śaka-varshâlu). Koṇḍavîḍu Sanskrit and Telugu pillar inscription of the reign of Kṛishṇarâya of Vijayanagara, recording grants by Nâdiṇḍla-Gôpa, the governor of Koṇḍavîḍû, made for the benefit of Kṛishṇarâya’s minister Sâḷva-Timma and his wife Lakshmî (Lakshmamma) ;[3] (the Sanskṛit part was composed by Lôlla-Lakshmîdhara Yajvan) :─ (L. 92).─ Śak-âbdê=kshi-yug-âbdhi-chaṁdra-gaṇitê saṁvvatsarê Vikramê. (L. 109).─ Jayâbhyudaya-Śâlivâhana-Śaka-varshaṁbulu 1442agunêṃṭi Vikrama-saṁvvatsara Vaiśâkha-śudhdha(ddha) 15 Bu | sômagrahaṇa-puṇyakâlam=aṁdu.
