[1] The rule of Sandhi has been ignored here. The intended reading of the name may have been Īśvara.
[2] The reading of the name may also be Ḍachisama.
[3] Better read dvayēna.
[4] Better read Kṛittiº.
[5] Read ºāgrataḥ.
[6] The lacuna can be filled up with the letters Siddham svasti iti Bhaº as found in Inscription No. 1.
[7] The lacuna has to be filled up with the letters chatuḥ-sāgara-pāº as found in the other epigraph.
[8] As indicated above, the tended reading of the lost part may be ºdvayj-jan-ālaṅkṛita-Rāº.
[9] The last expression in the lacuna must have been saṁvatsarē; but the letters indicating the year cannot
determined.
[10] There is a daṇḍa here apparently to cover some empty space at the end of the line.
[11] The lacuna apparently contained the letters ºrṇṇamāsyāṁ .... vārē ; but the name of the week-day cannot be
determined.
[12] The name of the donee in the sixth case-ending must have found a place here.
[13] The first letter of this line seems to have been ºyē ; but the name of the village cannot be determined.
[14] The lacuna may be filled up with the letters ºyaṁ śrī-Kīrtti(Kṛitti)”.
[15] For naivēdyaṁ, naivēdy-ārthaṁ was apparently intended.
[16] We have to fill up the lacuna probably with ºnar=api. For pānīyapatrīṁ apparently pānīyapātr-ārtham
was intended.
[17] The lacuna has to be filled up with the letters ºdāmi (cf. Inscription No. 1, line 10).
[18] Read Śivanātha-karaṇānam=adhiº.
[19] Read dātavyam.
