200.─Châ. Vi. 21.─PSOCI. No. 166 ; Mysore Inscr. No. 84, p. 170. Baḷagâṁve Kanarese inscription of the reign of the W. Châlukya Vikramâditya VI. Tribhuvanamalla, and of his feudatory, the Daṇḍanâyaka Sarvadêva :─

(L. 47).─ śrîmach-Châḷukya-Vikrama-kâlada 21neya Dhâtu-saṁvatsarada Pushya- su(śu) 5 Âdivâradh(d)=aṁdin=uttarâyaṇasaṁkrânti-vyatîpâtad=aṁdu.[1]

[For Dhâtṛi = Ś. 1018] the date is irregular ; compare Ind. Ant. Vol. XXII. p. 111, No. 11.

201.─Châ. Vi. 21.─ Jour. Bo. As. Soc. Vol. X. p. 194 ; PSOCI. No. 88. Saundatti Sanskṛit and Kanarese Raṭṭa inscription, recording several grants. Date of the time of the W. Châlukya (Vikramâditya VI. Tribhuvanamalla) Permâḍidêva, and (?) of the Raṭṭa Sêna II. :─

(L. 39).─ Vîra-Vikrama-kâḷa-nâmadhêya-saṁvatsar-aikaviṁśati-pramitêshv=atîtêshu | varttamâna-Dhâtu-saṁvatsarê Pushya-bahuḷa-trayôdaśyâm=Âdivâr-ôttarâyaṇasaṁkrântô(ntau).

[For Dhâtṛi = Ś. 1018] the date is irregular ; see Ind. Ant. Vol. XXII. p. 111, No. 11.

Of Sêna II. the inscription gives the following genealogy :[2]─ In the race of the Raṭṭas there was, as a son of king Nanna, Kârtavîrya [I.], a feudatory of [the W. Châlukya Taila II.] Âhavamalla ; his son Dâvari ; his younger brother Kannakaira [I.] ; his son Eraga ; his younger brother Aṅka ; Eraga’s son Sêna (Kâlasêna) [I.], married Mailalâdêvî ; their son Kannakaira (Kanna) [II.] ; his younger brother Kârtavîrya [II.] ; his son Sêna (Kâlasêna) [II.].

The Mahâmaṇḍalêśvara Kârtavîrya [II.], ‘ lord of Lattalûr,’ is also mentioned separately as a feudatory of [Vikramâditya VI.] Tribhuvanamalla, and it is stated that his wife was Bhâgalâmbikâ.[3]

202.─Châ. Vi. 22 (for 23).─PSOCI. No. 167 ; Mysore Inscr. No. 47, p. 107. Baḷagâṁve Kanarese inscription of the reign of the W. Châlukya (Vikramâditya VI) Tribhuvanamalla, and of his feudatories, the Daṇḍanâyakas Bhîvaṇayya[4] and Padmanâbhayya :─

(L. 39).─śrîmach-Châlukya-Vikrama-kâlada 22neya Bahudhânya-saṁvatsarada Pushyad= amavâsyey=Âdityavâram=uttarâyaṇasaṁkrânti-vyatîpâtad=aṁdu.[5]

[Bahudhânya = Ś. 1020] : 25th December A.D. 1098 ; but the day was a Saturday, not a Sunday.

203.─ Châ. Vi. 24.─ PSOCI. No. 113. Kiruvatti Kanarese inscription of the reign of the W. Châlukya Vikramâditya VI. Tribhuvanamalla :─

(L. 34).─ Châlukya-Vikrama-varishada 24neya Pramâthi-saṁvatsarada Jyêshṭha-śuddha- paurnna(rṇṇa)mâsi Âdityavâra sôma-grahaṇad=aṁdu.[6]

[Pramâthin = Ś. 1021] : Sunday, 5th June A.D. 1099 ; a lunar eclipse, visible in India ; see Ind. Ant. Vol. XXII. p. 110, No. 4.

204.─Châ Vi. 27.─PSOCI. No. 168 ; Mysore Inscr. No. 40, p. 78. Baḷagâṁve Kanarese inscription of the reign of the W. Châlukya Vikramâditya VI. Tribhuvanamalla, and of his feudatories, the Daṇḍanâyakas Anantapâla and Gôvindarasa :─

(L. 47).─ śrîmach-Châlukya-Vikrama-varshada 27neya Chitrabhânu-saṁvatsarada Paushya(sha)-śuddha 13 Budhavârad=uttarâyaṇasaṁkrântiy-aṁdu.

[Chitrabhânu = Ś. 1024] : Wednesday, 24th December A.D. 1102.
