EPIGRAPHIA INDICA 354.─ PSOCI. No. 111. Chauḍadâmpur Kanarese inscription Date (1. 99) of ‘ the Śubhakṛit saṁvatsara, in the era of the Yâdava king Siṁhaṇa (Siṅghaṇa) ; Friday the third day of the bright fortnight of Pushya.’ [Śubhakṛit = Ś. 1164] : Friday, 26th December A.D. 1242 (the day for the celebration of the Uttarâyaṇa-saṁkrânti, which took place shortly before mean sunrise). Kôlhâpur inscription of the reign of the Dêvagiri-Yâdava Kanharadêva (Kṛishṇa), dated Śaka 1172, the Saumya saṁvatsara, “ Vaiśâkha-vadi 30 Śukrê.” Friday, 14th May A.D. 1249.

Chikka-Bâgewâḍi plates of the reign of the Dêvagiri-Yâdava Kanhâra or Kanhara (Kṛishṇa, the son of Jaitugi II who was the son of Siṁhaṇa, i.e. Siṅghaṇa) ; recording a grant by the minister Mallisaiṭṭi (Malla, the elder brother of Bîcha and son of Chikkadêva[1]), which was confirmed (by means of this copper-plate charter) by Malla’s son, the minister Chauṇḍisaiṭṭi :─ (L. 19).─ Êkasaptatyuttara-śatâdhê(dhi)ka-sahasra-saṁkhyêshu Śak-âvdê(bdê) shv= atîtêshu pravarttamânê Sauṁ(sau)mya-saṁvatsarê tad-aṁta[r*]gat-Ȃshâḍha-paurṇṇamâsyâṁ Śanaiścharavârê Pȗrvâshâḍh[â*]-nakshatrê Vaidhṛiti-yôgê itthaṁbhȗta-puṁ(pu)ṇyakâlê. Munoḷḷi (Manôḷi) Kanarese inscription of the reign of the Dêvagiri-Yâdava Bhujabala-prauḍha-pratâpa-chakravartin Kandhara (Kṛishṇa, the son of Jaitugi II. who was the son of Siṅghaṇa), ‘ lord of Dvârâvatî,’ residing at his capital of Dêvagiri :─ (L. 2).─ Sa(śâ)ka-varsha 1174neya Virô[dhikṛitu]-saṁvatsarada Jêshṭa-[2]bahuḷa va(a) mâvâse sȗryya-grahaṇa Su(śu) kravâ[rad=a]ṁdu. The date is irregular ; see Ind. Ant. Vol. XXIV. p.16, No. 193. 360.─Ś. 1175.─ Jour. Bo. As. Soc. Vol. XII. p. 42. Bêhaṭṭi plates of the 7th year (of the reign) of the Dêvagiri-Yâdava Mahârâjâdhirâja Kanhara (Kṛishna), ‘ lord of Dvâravatî,’ recording a grant by the minister Chauṇḍa-(Châvuṇḍa-)râja, the son of Vîchaṇa who was the younger brother of Agramalla (? Malla[3]) :─ (L. 51).─ Paṁchasaptatyadhika-śatôttara-sahasrakê Śaka-varshê varttamânê svasti śrîmad-Yâdavaâyaṇa-bhujava(ba)laprauḍhapratâpachakravartti-śrî-Kanharadêva-varshêshu saptamê Pramâdi-saṁvatsarê Chaitra-mâsê kṛishṇa-pakshê amâvâsyâyâṁ Sômavârê.
