4 ಮಾರ ಶ್ರೀವೀರ ಯಿಂಮಡಿ ಬುಕಂಣ [ವೊ]ಡೆಯ[ರಾ] ಹರಿ –

5 ಹರಮಹಾರಾಯರು ಪ್ರುಥುವಿರಾಜ್ಯಂ ವೂಡುವ ಕಾ –

6 ಲದಲು ಸಕವರುಷ 1322 ನೆಯ ವಿ[ಕ್ರ]ಮ ಸಂವತ್ಸರದ

7 ದ ಪ್ರಥಮ ಚೈತ್ರ ಬ 8 ಬುಧವಾರದಲು ಶ್ರೀಮಲ್ಲಿಕಾರ್ಜುನ

8 ದೇವರಿಗೆ ಸಲುವ ಗುಂಡುಂಗಲಪುರದಲಿ ಸ್ವಸ್ತಿಸ –

9 ಮಸ್ತ ಪ್ರಸಸ್ತಿ (ತ) ಸಹಿತರ್ಪವ ಭಿಕ್ಷಾವ್ರಿತ್ತಿ ಸಿದ್ದಯ್ಯ

10 ದೇವಯ್ಯಂಗಳು ಆಗ್ಞಾಧಾರಿಗಳು ದೇವರಾಯನ ತಂ[ಮ್ಮ]ಮಲ್ಲಿ –

11 ನಾಥನ ಕಾಲದಲು ಗುಂಡುಗಲ ಅಕ್ಕಸಾರಿ ಕಂ –

12 ಡೋಜನ ಮಗ ನಾ[ಜೋ]ಜ ಎಳಯೋಜ [ಹ]ರಿಚಾಮೋಜ ಕ

KĀVĀRU, MANGALORE TALUK, SOUTH KANARA DISTRICT

Slab set up in a field about a mile to the west of the Mahālingēśvara
temple

Harihara II, 1404 A.D.

This damaged record is dated Śaka 122[5], Svabhānu, Māgha 1, Sunday corresponding to 1404 A.D., January 13.

It seems to register a grant of land for feeding Brahmanas at [Nīrāvi]pālaya, by Basavaṇṇa-oḍeya who was governing Maṅgalūru- rājya.

1 ಸ್ವಸ್ತಿ ನಮಸ್ತುಂಗ ಶಿರಶ್ಚುಂಬಿ ಚಂದ್ರ

2 ಚಾಮರ ಚಾರವೇ ತ್ರೈಲೋಕ್ಯ ನಗರಾರಂಭ –
