TEXT OF INSCRIPTIONS

       On the second side of the slab, below the Kannaḍa record, is a damaged Tamil inscription in Grantha characters which gives the characteristic praśasti of the chiefs who profess to be worshippers of god siddhavaṭadēva, and registers the gift of the village Mallikārjuna nallūr for the upkeep of the temple of god Mallikārjunadēva. The details of dated [Pu]shya ba. amāvāsya preserved in the record are insufficient for calculation.
