63 ದೆ ಆ ಗ್ರಾಮವು ಕಾಲು[ವ]ಪ್ಪಗಳು ಲೆಕವ ಮಾಡಿಸಿ ದೇವಿಯ ಭಂಡಾರಕೆ
ಆದಾಯವ ಮಾ –

64 ಡುವರು ಯೀ ಧಂ[ರ್ಮ]ಕ್ಕೆ ಆರೊಬ್ಬರು ಕಂಟಕರಾದಾರು[ಱ]ವರವರು
ವಾರಣಾಸಿಯ –

65 ಸಾವಿರ ಕವಿಲೆಯ ಕೊಂದ ದೋಷದಲು ಹೋಹರು ಯಿ ಧಂರ್ಮ್ಮವನಾರು
ಕೆಲಬರು

66 ಪಾಲಿಸಿದವರಿಗೆ ವಾರಣಾಸಿಯಲು ಸಾವಿರ ಕವಿಲೆಯನು ಸಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣರಿಗೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟ

KOÑCHĀḌI, MANGALORE TALUK, SOUTH KANARA DISTRICT

Slab set up near a palmyra tree on the hillock in the village

Harihara II, 1388 A.D.

This record is dated Śaka 1310, Vibhava, Mēsha 1, Sunday. The details are irregular, the tithi corresponding to 1388 A.D., March 26 when the week-day Thursday.

It registers a gift to land and money income for feeding eight brāhmaṇas and for other purposes (details lost) by Sōmayadēva Kalutūra of Hariharapura and another (name lost) who was the son of Narasaṁha of Kauṇḍinya-gōtra, when Maṅgarasa was governing Maṅgalūru-rājya.

1 ಸ್ವಸ್ತಿಶ್ರೀ ಜಯಾಭ್ಯುದಯ ಶಕವರುಷ 1310 ನೆಯ ವಿ –

2 [ಭ]ವ ಸಂವತ್ಸರದ ಮೇಷಮಾಸ ಪ್ರಥಮನೆಯ ಆದಿವಾರದಂದು ಶ್ರೀ-

3 ಮನ್ಮಹಾರಾಜಾಧಿರಾಜ ರಾಜಪರಮೇಶ್ವರ ಶ್ರೀ ವೀರ ಹರಿಹರ –

4 ಮಹಾರಾಯರ ರಾಜ್ಯಾಭ್ಯುದಯದಲು ಮ[೦]ಗರಸರು ಮಂಗಲೂರ ರಾ –

5 . . ನಾಳುತಂ ಯಿಹಲ್ಲಿ [ಕಉ]೦ಡಿನ್ಯಗೋತ್ರದ ನರಸಂಣಂಗಳ ಮಕ್ಕ[ಳು]

6 . . . ಣಂಗಳು ಹರಿಹರಪುರದ ಸೋಮಯದೇವ ಕಲುತಾಱ ಮಾಡಿದ

7 . . . . ದಯೆಂಟುಮಂದಿ ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣಪಡಿ ಭೋಜನ ಮೇಲು ವೆಚ್ಚ[ಕ್ಕೆ] . . .
