[3] It is not impossible that the word pautra has been omitted here through oversight either by the scribe or by
the engraver.

[5] Read ºtēna vaṁśō śiśun=āpi tēna parām=unnatim=unnatēna. This is really taken out from a stanza in the
description of Śilāhāra Chhittarāja of the Northern Konkan. Cf. Tad-bhrātṛijō Vajjaḍadēva-sūnuḥ śrī-Chhittarājō
nṛipatir=babhūva | Śīlāra-vaṁśaḥ śiśun=āpi tēna nītaḥ parām=unnatim=unnatēna (Ind. Ant., Vol. V, p. 277,

[7] The intended reading may be dramma. It is different to say whether nija. . . . maṇḍalam contains a genuine
