19 ಟ್ಟು ಆ ಚಂದ್ರಾರ್ಕಸ್ತಾಯಿಯಾಗಿ ನಡವ ಮರಿಯಾ –

20 ದೆಯಲು ಮಾಡಿದ ಧರ್ಮ ಯಿಧರ್ಮವನೂ ದುರ್ಗ್ಗಾ –

21 ದೇವತೆಯ ಸಮಂಜಸ ಶ್ರೀ ವರದೇ[೦ದ್ರ ತೀರ್ಥ] ಶ್ರೀಪಾ –

22 ದಂಗಳ [ಕ]ಯ್ಯಲು ಕೊಟ್ಟರಾಗಿ . . ತಳದ . . . .

23 ಹೊಸ ಬೆಟ್ಟಿನಲು . ಮುಂನಟ್ಟುಯಿದ್ದ . . . . ಗೇ –

SOUTH KANARA DISTRICT

Slab set up in the compound of the house of Lakshmīnārāyaṇa-śāstri
near the Sōmanātha temple

Dēvarāya I, 1414 A.D.

This is dated Kali 4516, Śaka [1336], Jaya, Māgha śu. 1, Saturday corresponding to 1415 A.D., January 12.

It records gifts of lands and house sites by Chidāḍi Sōvaṇṇa-seṭṭi for feeding 27 brāhmaṇas daily in the maṭha got built by him in the temple of Sōmanātha. The record is damaged and details are lost.
