27 ಮಠವನೂ ಧರ್ಮವನೂ ಪಾಲಿಸ್ತವರಿಗೆ ಅಶ್ವಮೇಧಯಾಗವ ಮಾಡಿದ ಫಲ
ಸಾಯುಜ್ಯ ಮೋಕ್ಷ

PĀṄGĀḶA, UDIPI TALUK, SOUTH KANARA DISTRICT

Slab set up near the Hejje-maṭha

[Dēvarāya II], 1428 A.D.

This badly damaged record is dated Śaka 1350 (current). [Plava]ṅga, Phālguṇa śu. 1, Monday corresponding to 1428 A.D., February 16.

It registers a gift of land, all details of which are lost. It refers to a heggaḍe and to Nārasiṁha.
