1 ಶ್ರೀ ಮಚ್ಚಾಳುಕ್ಯ ವಿಕ್ರಮ ವರಿಸದ 42ನೆಯ ಸ್ರಾಹಿಯ ನಂದ[ನ]

2 ಸಂವತ್ಸರದ ಚೈತ್ರದಮಾವಾಸೆಯಾದಿವಾರದಂದು ಸೂರ್ಯ್ಯ ಮಹ

3 ಇ ನಿಮಿತ್ತವಾಗಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಮುದ್ದಣ್ಡನಾಯಕನನನ್ತದೇವಂ ಶ್ರೀ ಮಲ್ಲಿಕಾರ್ಜುನ ದೇವರ

4 ನ್ದಾದೀವಿಗೆ ಕುಡಿಯ[ಪೆ]ಸ್ತದಳದಲು ವಡ್ಡರಾವುಳ ದಲ್ತನಂ . ಬಿಟ್ಟಪಣ 1 || ಶ್ರೀ

This record, engraved below No. 71/41-42 to the right, mentions mūlasthāna. The extant portion of the record refers to the date, viz., Chāḷukya-Vikrama year 42, Hēmaḷaṁbi, Bhādrapada-ba. . . These details are incomplete for verification. The date falls on some day in the month of August of 1117 A.D.
