37 ದೇವರಾಯ ಮಹಾರಾಯರು ಭಂಡಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಮುದುರಾದಿಯ ಅಕ್ಕಮ್ಮಹೆಗ್ಗಡತಿ
ಮುಂತ್ತಾದ –

38 ವರು ತಂಮಸ್ವರುಜಿಯಿಂದ ಒಡಂಬಟ್ಟು ಕೊಟ್ಟ ಸಾದನ ಯಿಂನು ನಾಉನಂಮ್ಮ
ವಂಶದಲ್ಲಿ

39 ಹುಟ್ಟಿದವರು ಈ ಸಾಧನಕ್ಕೆ ತಪ್ಪಿದವರು ತಥಾತಿಥಿ ಯಿಂದಹಿಂದೆ ಅಯಿವತ್ತುವರುಷದ

40 ಹೀನಾಯದ ಹೊಂನನು ರಾಯರ ಭಂಡಾರಕ್ಕೆ ತೆಱುವೆಉ ರಾಯರ ಸಿಂಹಾಸನಕ್ಕೆ

46 ಧನಕ್ಕೆ ತಪ್ಪಿದರೆ ಯಿಸಾಕ್ಷಿಯವರೆ ನಂಮನು ನಿಲುಸುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ನಂಮಉ –

HEMMĀḌI, COONDAPOOR TALUK, SOUTH KANARA DISTRICT

Slab set up in in front of the Lakshmīnārāyaṇadēva temple

[Kṛishṇadēvarāya], 1518-19 A.D.

This badly damaged record is dated Śaka 1440 (1441 current) corresponding to 1518-19 A.D., all other details being lost.

It seems to register a gift of the village Hemmāḍi and also money income from out of taxes to god [Raghu]nātha for offerings, probably by Vijayappa-oḍeya under the orders of the king. Mallarasa. the karaṇika of Bārakūru wrote the record.

1 ಶುಭಮಸ್ತು ಶ್ರೀ ಗಣಾಧಿಪತಯೇಂ ನಮಃ [|*] ನಮಸ್ತುಂಗ ಸಿಱಶ್ಚುಂಬಿ
