8 ಪರಪಳಿನಾಯ್ಕರಿಗೆ ಬರದುಕೊಟ್ಟ ಶಿಲಾಶಾಸನದ

9 ಕ್ರಮವೆಂತೆಂದಡೆ ಆ ಪರಪಳಿನಾಯ್ಕರಅಗೆ ಬ್ರಹ್ಮಪುರ

10 ದಲು ಕುಂಮರಕೋಡ ಅಧಿವಾಸದಲು ತಂಮ ಬ್ರ-

11 [ಹ್ಮ]ದಾಯದ ಬಾಳುಬಿತ್ತುವ ಬೆದೆ ಭೂಮಿಗೆ

12 [೯] . 77|| ಮೂಡೆ ಕುಳಾಗ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದಸಮುದಾ[ಯ]

13 . ವೊಸಗೆಯಂನೂ ಸರ್ವಮಾಂನ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಕೊಟು .

14 ರು [ಯಿ] ಧರ್ಮ್ಮವಾಚ್ರಂರ್ಕ್ಕಸ್ಥಾಯಿಯಾಗಿ ನಡಉ

VĀRAMBAḶḶI, UDIPI TALUK, SOUTH KANARA DISTRICT

Slab set up in a private house

Kulaśēkhara (II), 1346 A.D.

This damage record is dated Śaka 1267, Pārthiva, Phālguṇa ba. 6, Mīna 19, Tuesday corresponding to 1346 A.D., March 14.

It registers a grant of land to Aṇṇa-Oraṁbaḷi of Brahmavūru by the king while he was holding assembly in his palace (hiriy-aramane), at Bārakūru in the presence of his ministers and others, for maintaining a maṭha (?)
