BŌḌINĀYANIPALLE, PUNGANUR TALUK, CHITTOOR DISTRICT
Hero-stone (No. 10) set up in a field to the west of the village
Circa 10th century
This registers the death of Sattiyapaḷi (?) grandson of Chaṭṭa-
gamuṇḍa, in a skirmish when pallavaraya, bearing the epithet gaṇḍaroḷ-
gaṇḍa, captured the cattle of Maṅgala.

Vijaradēva
This damaged record refers to Vajjaradēva who was governing
puli-nāḍu and registers the death of an individual during a cattle-raid.
The details are, however, lost.
