Slab lying near Trikūṭēśvara shrine in the compound of
Vaidyanāthasvāmin temple

Siṁhaṇa

This mutilated record registers the gift of a village (name lost) to god Vaidyanāthadēva at Pushpagiri which is near the southern entrance of Śrīparvvata by Mahāpradhāna Lakshmīdēva-daṇḍanāyaka, an officer under Siṁghaṇadēva. It also provides for feeding the pilgrims in a sattra of the maṭha named as Lakshmīnilaya after the donor for his long life and prosperity. Some other details are lost.
