This record is dated Śaka 1356, Ānanda, Mēsha Prathamā Sunday. The details given correspond to 1434 A.D., March 27 when the weekday was Saturday, not Sunday.

It records a gift of land to a Jōgi-purusha called Jugādi-kuṇḍala by Jōgi Voḍeya alias Chavuṭa.

1 ಸ್ವಸ್ತಿ ಶಖವರುಷ 135[6] ಆನಂದ ಸಂವತ್ಸರದ ಮೇ-

2 [ಷ]ಮಾ[ಸ] ಪ್ರಥಮನೆಯ ಆದಿವಾರದಂದು ಶ್ರೀಮತು ಜೋಗಿ-

3 ವೊಡೆಯರಾದ ಚಉಟರು ಜುಗಾದಿಕುಂಡಳ ಯೆಂಬ ಜೋಗಿ-

4 ಪುರುಷಗೆ ಧಾರಾಪೂರ್ವಕವಾಗಿ ಧರ್ಮಮಾಡಿದ . . . . ವಿವರ [ನಿರಾ]-

5 ಯ ಮೆಂಬ ದೇಶದ ಚತುಸ್ಸೀಮೆ ಪಾಲೆಬಂಕಿಯ ಮೂಲದಿಂದ

6 ಮೂಡಲು ಮುಡಿಪಿಂ ಬ್ರಂಹಪುರದಿಂದ ತೆಂಕಲು ಕೋ[ಲಾ]ರಿ[ಯಿ]-

7 ೦ದ ಪಡುವಲು ದೇವ[ಸ್ವ]ದಿಂದ ಬಡಗಲು ಯೀ ಚತುಸ್ಸೀಮೆ ವೊ-
