TEXT OF INSCRIPTIONS

It registers gift of lands by mahāpradhāna Malley-daṇṇāyaka which were received by him from Ajjapparasa and Vira-Nāraṇaseṭṭi of Baindūr and Kañchiya-nāyaka, son-in-law of Bammu-haḍavaḷa and another piece of land purchased from Yiṁchaṇṇa, son of Vandara-sēnabōva to the temple of Gōkarṇēśvara-Mārttāṇḍēśvara for conducting Rudrapūja.

1 ನಮಸ್ತುಂಗ ಶಿರಶ್ಚುಂಬಿ ಚಂದ್ರಚಾಮರಚಾರವೇ ತ್ರೈಲೋಕ ನಗ –

2 ರಾರಂಭ ಮೂಲಸ್ತಂಭಾಯಶಂಭವೇ || ಸ್ವಸ್ತಿಶ್ರೀ ವಿಜ –

3 ಯಾಭ್ಯುದಯ ಶಕವರುಷ 12[7]8 ದುರ್ಮುಖಿ . [ಭಾದ್ರಪ] –

4 ದ ಶುಗಂ [ಆ ಶ್ರೀಮನುಮ] ಹಾಮಂಡಲೇಸ್ವರಂ ಅರಿರಾಯ ವಿಬಾ –

5 ಡ ಭಾಸೆಗೆ ತಪ್ಪುವರಾಯರಗಂಡ ಶ್ರೀವೀರಬುಕ್ಕಂಣ ವೊಡೆಯರ ರಾಜ್ಯಾ[ಭ್ಯು] –

6 [ದ]ಯದಲು ಶ್ರೀಮನುಮಹಾ ಪ್ರಧಾನಂ ಮಲ್ಲೆಯ ದಂಣ್ನಾಯಕರು ಗೋಕರ್ಣ್ಣೇ –

7 ಸ್ವರ ಮಾ[ರ್ತ]ಣ್ದೇಸ್ವರ ದೇವರ[ಲಿ] ಮೂಱು ರುದ್ರಪೂಜೆ ಆಚಂದ್ರಾರ್ಕಂ

8 [ನ] ಡೆವಂತಾಗಿ ಬಾಳನು ಸೇರಿಸಿಕೊಟು ಬರಸಿದ ಸಿಲಾಶಾಸನದ ಕ್ರಮವೆಂತಂದರೆ
ದೊ-

9 . . . [ದೂರ] ಅಜಪ್ಪ ಅರಸನಿಂದ ತನಗೆ ದಾನವಾಗಿ ಬಂದದು ಬೈಂದೊರಲು
........ತುಳು –

10 ವೆಯ ಹರವರಿಯ ವೊಳಗೆ ಬಂದಬಾಳು [ಅವ]ಱಿಯಂದ ಪಡುವಲು ಹಡುವಣಸೆಟ್ಟಿ –

11 ಯಂಗಡಿಯ ಬ[ಚ]ಲಿಂದ ಬಡಗಲು ಅಜ್ಜಪರಸದ ಬಾಳಿಂದಂ ಮೂಡಲು
........ನಾರಣಸೆಟ್ಟಿಯ ಬಾ –

12 ಳ [ಬಚಲಿಂ]ದ ತೆಂಕಲು ಯಿಂತೀ ಚತುಸೀಮಯೊಳಗುಳ ಗದ್ದೆಮೂಡೆ 10 ರಲಿ
........ತಂಬಸೆಟ್ಟಿ –

13 ಯಪ . . ಬಂಕೇಸ್ವರದ ದೇವಸ್ವ ಚೆಂಮಣಸೆಟಿಯ ಬಾಳಿಂದಂ ಪಡುವಲು
........ಬಂಕೇಸ್ವರ ದೇ –

14 ವಸ್ವದಿಂ ಬಡಗಲು ಬಂಕೇಸ್ವರ ದೇವಸ್ವದಿಂ ಮೂಡಲು ಚೆಂಮಣ ಸೆಟಿಯ
........ಬಾೞಿಂ[ದಂ ತೆಂ] –

15 ಕಲು ಯಿಂತೀ ಚತುಸೀಮೆ ಯೊೞಗುೞ ಗದೆಮಡೆ 6 ಕೊಡಲ ಗದೆ ಕಂ
........ನಡಹೞದಿಂ

16 ಪಡುವಲು ಭಾನುದೇವರ ಬಾೞಿಂದಂ ಬಡಗಲು ಬಸದಿಯ ದೇವಸ್ವ ಚೆಂಮಣಸೆಟ್ಟಿಯ

17 ಬಾೞಿಂದಂ ಮೂಡಲು ಬಂಕೇಸ್ವರದ ಯಚಂಣನ ಬಾಳಿಂದಂ ತೆಂಕಲು ಯಿಂತೀ
........ಚತು . .

18 ಯ ವೊೞಗುೞ ಗದೆ ಮೊಡೆ 7 ಅಂತು ಅಜ್ಜಪ್ಪರಸನಿಂದ ತ[ಮಗೆ] ದಾನವಾಗಿ
