_________________________________________________

[1] From the original plates now preserved in the Assam Provincial Museum, Gauhati, and impressions prepared at the office of the Government Epigraphist for India.
[2] Expressed by a symbol.
[3] The word sṛishṭa has been used here in the sense of visṛishṭa.
[4] The metre of verses 8-9 is Āryā. But both of them are defective from the metrical point of view.
[5] A word like yuktasya seems to suit the context better than ādyasya.
