1 Originally पालियन altered to पालयन.
2 These letters are clear in the impression. Kielhorn however read गुणग्राहिणां.
3 I fail to see any sign of correction here.
4 Metre: Śārdūlavikrīḍita.
5 These letters are quite clear. Kielhorn, however, read भीमोभीष्टो.
6 Read क्न्त्या: पितृपदे. The change may have been made in the original.
7 Metre: Śikhariṇī.
8 Originally राज्या-, changed to राज्य -.
9 Read शिशुत्वेपि न प्राप्तास्त्याग-.
10 Read गणैर्यस्या-.
11 Metre: Śārdūlavikrīḍita.

. 13 Read स्वपदप्रतिष्ट:, Kielhorn who took सस्वपदे as one word, thought that Sasva was perhaps the
name of a person. Ep. Ind., Vol. VII, p. 86, n.5.
14 Metre: Vasantatilakā.
15 Here also Kielhorn takes सस्वपितु: as one word. 16 Read संवत्सराणां.
17 Metre of this and the following verse: Śārdūlavikrīḍita.
18 Read गुणै राजा.
19 This akshara is redundant. Kielhorn read it as स.
20 Kielhorn read परिताप[चयारि]भूपकीर्ते: but the aksharas are clearly as transcribed above.
