maṇḍalēśvara Tailapa of the Kadamba family was govern-ing the tracts of Banavāse-12000 and Pānumgal-500. Men-tions the divine Dēvarāsi-Paṇḍita. Sēnabōva Rudramayya drafted the record and Dāsōja engraved it on stone.

Registers gifts of land to the temple and to the educational institution attached to it (maṭha) by Kundabbarasi who was associated in the administration with her husband Mahā- maṇḍalēśvara Kundarāja who is described as lord of the foremost town of Banavāsi Sattigana chaṭṭa andson of Irivabeḍaṁgadēva and governing the province of Bana-vāse-12000 as far as Payvē-nādu. The gift was made into the hands of the teacher Dēvarāsi Jiya. The chief Jaya-siṁga was holding the office of the Nārgāvaṇḍa of Bāsavara-140 at that time.
