Purport not clear. Seems to state that the Maṇiyakārar, Ūravar, Karaiyāḷar and the Kaṇakkappiḷḷaiyāḷ, all  solemnly agreed to keep the two tanks, Periyakuḷam and Śiriyakujam of Vāsudēvanallūr in constant repair by proper dredging.

The land thus sold was declared as iraiyili dēvadāna.
