Commences with the king’s introduction Pūmaruviya tiruma-ḍandai, etc. Records the gift of 6 mā and odd of land to the temple of god Tirukkū[vāṇi]-Nāyanār situated east of Sāla-grāmam by the paṇṇaiśēyvār and the vēliśēyvār, who were members of the sabhā of Sāḷagrāmam. The donors further agreed to pay to the ūr all the taxes due on the lands. |

Commences with the king’s praśasti Pūmaruviya, etc. Registers the sale of a tank, certain cultivable fields and nattam lands,all totalling 22 vēli and 6 mā in extent made to the temple of Varaguṇa Īśvara by the mahāsabha including the paṇṇai- śeyvār and the vēliśeyvār of Sāḷagrāmam, a brahmadēya in Duvvūr-kūrram for a sum of 55 palamudal-ānai-achchu. It is stated that the lands now sold had been formerly mort-gaged (to the temple) first in the 12+6th year of king Vīra Pāṇḍya and again for an additional sum in the 9+3rd year of the reign of Kulaśēkhara and that the amount now fixed as the sale price was made up of the total mortgage money together with interest thereon. |

Commences with the king’s praśasti Pūmaruviya tirumaḍandai, etc. States that the king, while seated on his throne Mala-varāyan at Madura, was pleased to remit all taxes, due on the lands held as kārāṇmai by the temple of Varaguṇa-Īśvara, Maṇikaṇḍi-īśvara, Vināyakappiḷḷaiyār and Ayyanār situated in the village of Sāḷagrāmam to meet the expenses of conducting in these temples the special worship called Sundara-pāṇḍyan-śandi instituted in his own name. It is stated that the remission was made on the request of Malavarāyar. The order was addressed to the Māhēśvarak-kaṇkāṇīśeyvār, the dēvarkanmis, etc., of the temple of Varaguṇa-Īśvara. |
