Last part broken and lost. States that the king entrusted the   administration of the Banavāsi country to Daṇḍādhīśa Bammadēva who transferred it to his brother Mādhava. Describes Banavase-nāḍu, its kaṁpaṇa Nūrumbāḍa with its chief town Raṭṭahaḷḷi and the genealogy of the chiefs ruling over the latter, who belonged to the Kaḍamba lineage. Refers to the administration of Mahāmaṇḍalēśvara Kētarasa and his officer Sōmanātha of the Atri gōtra.
