Damaged and worn out. Mentions the feudatory chief Mahāsāmanta Aṅka of the Raṭṭa family, Śāntiyakka and the Kūṁḍi province. Describes the Jaina teacher Jinadēva-sūri of the Yāpanīya saṁgha, Maiḷāpa anvaya and Kāraya gaṇa, to which Muḷḷa-bhaṭṭāraka  and others belonged. Seems to record a gift of land to a Jaina temple.
