States that Mallaḷa-Mahādēvi of the Chālukya family, queen of Jayakēśin, was ruling the kingdom from her residence at Kumdūru. Records a gift of land made by the Ūraḍēya Mallarasa and Sōvarasa to Bāragiyara Bācheyaṇṇa who the land for offerings, etc., to god Mahēśvara. Pulivara situated in the Kuntalā country is praised.
