Kannaḍa

Mentions the Jaina teachers Āriyadēva, Baḷachandradēva of Beḷagoḷa, belonging to the Mūla saṁgha. Nēmādēva. Ajitasīnadēva and Gōvardhanadēva. In characters of about the 12th century.

Kumāramaṅgalam.─Door jamb of the entrance into the dilapidated Śiva temple.

Damaged. Seems to register grant of concessions in the payment of house tax by families who agreed to resettle in a village (name lost) which they had abandoned formerly. Mentions Sāḷuva Tippayadēva-Mahārāja.

Registers the donation of 2100 kāśa made by Ālan, for the expenses of worship and offerings to the image of Adipatta Nāyanār set up by him in the temple of Tirukkōlili-uḍaiyār It-is stated that he obtained this amount by begging from among the members of his community and that he paid is into the hands of Dāmōdarabhaṭṭan who agreed to pay interest on it in kind (paddy) to be utilised for offerings, etc.

Jaṭāvarman Tribhuvanachakravartin Sundara-Pāṇḍyadēva

Records the gift of 106 paṇam made to the authorities of the temple of Tirukkōḍili-uḍaiyār by a merchant Māngudaiyān Pichchan Gaṇapati Āṇḍar for the expenses of special offerings to the deities, for taking them in procession and also for offering tirujñnam-amudu to Āḷuḍai[ya]-piḷḷalyār, and for singing the Tēvāram hymns.

Probably connected with the above. States that the pillared terrace of the temple was the charity (tiruppaṇi) of Śigāḷippiḷḷai alias Jayatuṅgavarman, a native of Vaḍavallaṭṭirukkai-Iḷāṅgudi alias Indirāpatinallūr. He is also stated to have made a gift of 20 paṇam  for the expenses of burulen 20 lamps from early morning to the end of śrihali worship at night.
