Fragmentary. Mentions Trailōkyarāśi and Dharmarāśi and refers to the excavation of a kūpa. The original seems to have contained 46 stanzas with a prose passage at the end. The praśasti is stated to have been composed by Paṇḍita Chaṁḍūka and engraved by Vījaḍa, son of Vīlha, with the assent  of Mahattaragaṁḍa Śrī Parabṛihaspati.
