Fragmentary. Mentions Trailōkyarāśi and Dharmarāśi and refers to the excavation of a kūpa. The original seems to have contained 46 stanzas with a prose passage at the end. The praśasti is stated to have been composed by Paṇḍita Chaṁḍūka and engraved by Vījaḍa, son of Vīlha, with the assent  of Mahattaragaṁḍa Śrī Parabṛihaspati. In characters of about the 13th century A.D. Ibid., No. 20.
