Fragmentary. The first fragment refers to certain land-grant for daily worship of Jaya and Vijaya, the dvārapālas. The second fragment which also refers to some land-grant mentions god Malaikuniyaninra-Perumāḷ, Kandāḍai Rāmānujayyaṅgar and Chennappuḍaiyar.

Registers a gift of 2 vēli  of land measured by the linear measure called Ulavan, at the village Mēlaimuri-Māvaḍumaṅgalam in Malaināḍu, and 2 vēli in Veḷvāykuḍi for specified offerings to god and 30 cows for a perpetual lamp by Mallaṇaṅgaḷ alias Mādhavadāsar, the Pradhāna of Chandragiri.

Slightly damaged towards the end. Records endowments of 15 and 45 pon, respectively by Anantamman, the wife of Salakayyadēva-Mahārāja and her daughter Akkāchchi Amman for offerings to god on certain specified occasions, out of the interest accrued thereon. Also records another endowment for two lamps by Periya-Kōnamman, the wife of Periya-Tirumalaidēva-Mahārāja and by Akkāchchi Amman.

Telugu

Damaged. Contains the king’s praśasti giving a chronological account of his conquests. States that the king visited the temple on the date specified and seems to enumerate a list of jewels and precious stones that he gave to the temple. Also records remission of all taxes, probably on some village granted on the occasion.

Damaged. Seems to register a gift of 6 vēli  of temple land by purchase for 600 pratāpan-pon from the temple officials, Śrīraṅga-Nārāyaṇa Jīyar, Uttama-Nambi and Chakrarāya, by Ilakkaṇa Uḍaiyar for certain offerings to the god.
